TAX SOFTWARE FUNCTIONAL TESTING SERVICE

  • Develops and executes functional test plans, scripts, and cases in EXCEL based on new tax software requirements/designs or existing application functionality.
  • Identifies, records, and reports tax software deficiencies and retests corrections according to change management procedures.
  • Works closely with team and internal customers to research and resolve any issues with supported applications.
  • Develops test and tax return data to verify and validate application functionality.
  • Performs manual and automated tests, as needed.
  • Collaborates with test team and business partners to share knowledge and perform test reviews.
